  • 100-120 g sweet caramel
  • 50 g raisins

If you have muesli or granola on hand, you can safely use them to create a dish according to the recipe. Pour the dry ingredients into a deep container: cereal, nuts, raisins, etc.

Pour warm caramel over them. To prepare it, you need to bring granulated sugar with a small part of water to a boil in a saucepan, caramelize until golden brown and immediately add cream and butter. As soon as you add the warm caramel, immediately begin to mix everything gently, but with a little pressure so that the cereal is completely enveloped in caramel.

Cover a rectangular dish or plate with cling film. Place the warm mixture of cereal and caramel on it and carefully spread it in an even layer. Wrap in cling film and place in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours to set.

As soon as this happens, open the film and cut the sweet layer into portioned cubes, wrapping each of them with parchment paper. Oat bars are completely ready for tasting! Don't forget to serve them with hot and aromatic tea or coffee.

Wash the peanuts and fry them in a dry frying pan.

Remove the husks from the roasted peanuts. Grind it a little.

Wash all dried fruits: dates, raisins and prunes thoroughly and dry. Remove the pits from the dates. Cut the dates and prunes into pieces.

Add dates, peanuts, raisins and prunes to a bowl of oatmeal.

Pour in fresh liquid honey.

  • 50 g raisins (seedless);
  • 8 pcs. dried apricots;
  • 8 pcs. prunes;
  • 1 tbsp. a spoonful of milk powder (you can use vegetable milk powder, such as coconut powder);
  • vanillin;
  • 1.5 tbsp. spoons of vegetable oil;
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of flax seeds;
  • 5 tbsp. spoons of oatmeal;
  • cinnamon.

Mash the banana. It's very easy to choke on a fork.

Combine dried apricots, raisins and prunes in a blender. Grind dried fruits until smooth.

Mix banana mass with ground dried fruits. Pour in oil, add dry milk. Mix.

Toast the flakes a little (if you want a more pronounced nutty taste).

Add flax seeds and flakes. Mix again.

Pour in aromatic cinnamon and add a little vanilla too.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

In a blender, beat the bananas to a puree consistency. Pour them into a bowl into which you will add the rest of the ingredients.

Grind almonds (or other nuts) and add them to the bananas.

Add the rest of the ingredients.

Stir. The amount of cereal depends on the size of the bananas, you should end up with a thick but not too dry mixture.

Line the pan with foil or parchment.

Place the resulting mixture on it, then make a square (rectangle) shape. Don't forget to compact the mixture well! Place the pan in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 30 minutes. After you take out the mold, let the mixture cool slightly, then cut into pieces that are convenient for you and remove the foil.

Today on the menu is a proper and healthy snack that everyone will like without exception - we are preparing dietary oat bars without sugar, a recipe with raisins and nuts. The list of ingredients can be increased and modified ad infinitum. So, for example, you can dilute walnuts with almonds, hazelnuts, peanuts, add sunflower and pumpkin seeds, flax, sesame seeds will also fit perfectly here, and absolutely all types of dried fruits that you like.

In general, experiment, friends, and feed your loved ones delicious homemade sweets that can easily be prepared at home. Let's get started!

  • oatmeal – 1 glass,
  • raisins – ½ cup,
  • ripe banana – 1 pc.,
  • ground cinnamon – ½ tsp,
  • walnuts – 70 gr.,
  • sea ​​salt - a pinch,
  • Sunflower oil – 30 ml.

Immediately turn on the oven to warm it up properly, then set the temperature to 170 degrees. Take a deep bowl or pan in which it will be convenient to mix all the products. Pour oatmeal into a bowl, we use instant oats.

We clean the walnuts from shells and partitions; in total we will need about 70 grams. The nuts can be cut with a knife, or they can be crushed in the bowl of a food processor, but we do not grind them into the smallest crumbs, but still leave medium pieces. Add nuts to oatmeal.

We take one ripe banana, it’s not for nothing that we focus on the ripeness of the banana, because our bars, as you have already noticed, do not contain any sweeteners, only natural products, so we need a sweet banana. Break the banana into a blender bowl.

We also add raisins, previously soaked in boiling water for several minutes and dried with paper towels.

Grind the banana and raisins into a homogeneous substance, the consistency of which should be medium thick. Add banana mixture to oatmeal and nuts.

Add a little ground cinnamon to taste, other spices can also do this.

Now pour in a portion of oil, take vegetable oil, which is completely neutral in smell. Mix all the ingredients.

We cover the baking sheet with parchment; if you are not sure about the quality of the tracing paper, lightly oil it. Place the prepared mixture on a baking sheet and level the mixture with a spatula.

We also immediately make cuts so that we can easily separate the bars in the end.

Brown the bars in the oven for 12-15 minutes.

We take them out and transfer them to a wire rack, let them cool completely and dry slightly.

  • 2-3 tablespoons of sunflower seeds, peeled.

Melt the honey until liquid. This is convenient to do by steaming or in the microwave. Combine it with vegetable oil.

Pour the prepared mixture over it and stir everything thoroughly. The honey must thoroughly saturate the entire mixture, otherwise it will not stick together. Now all that remains is to cover a baking sheet with parchment, lay out the mixture, smooth it well with a spoon and bake in a preheated oven until golden brown. This should take you about 15 minutes.

After this, remove the baking sheet, cool the resulting shortcake thoroughly and only then cut it into pieces. After cooking, oatmeal and dried fruit bars can be wrapped in parchment paper for easy eating if desired.

Dates (dark or light) pour 100 ml of hot boiled water (not boiling water) and leave for 30 minutes.
During this time, prepare the remaining ingredients.


Coarsely chop the mixture of nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts, peanuts, cashews, etc.) with a knife.



Soak raisins in warm water for 10 minutes.



Soak dried cranberries in warm water for 10 minutes.

Place the date mass in a saucepan or thick-bottomed saucepan, add apple juice, bring to a boil and cook, stirring constantly for 2-3 minutes.



Add the slightly cooled mixture to the oatmeal-nut mixture and stir. The resulting dough will be sticky and viscous, so it is better to mix with a spatula, as the mass will stick very much to your hands.



Line a baking sheet or large glass pan (square or rectangular) with oiled parchment paper. To do this, you need to thinly grease a sheet of parchment paper with odorless vegetable oil and place the paper in the mold with the greased side up.

Spread the resulting viscous mixture over the parchment in an even layer of the desired thickness, for example 1 cm, and cover the top with another sheet of parchment paper. Place in the oven for 30 minutes at the same temperature – 170 degrees.



After baking the oatmeal with dried fruits and nuts for 30 minutes, turn off the oven and leave the baking sheet with the golden mixture in it for 10 minutes. Then take out the mass and cut it while hot into rectangles, squares or triangles. I recommend cutting into rectangles, as they are more convenient for storage, transportation and consumption.

Allow the bars to cool completely and you can pack them - wrap them in paper, film, foil, etc.



Store oatmeal bars with nuts and dried fruit at room temperature for up to two weeks.

Well, isn’t this the most serious reason to make healthy oat bars for the FIRST TIME IN YOUR LIFE, which I myself love and respect.

I remember that while I was working in a pastry shop, I was sent to help in the baking department for a couple of days. I myself worked in a cold shop (we made cakes and pastries). So, at this time I got into making super-delicious cereal bars. I don’t remember if I helped in any way in this matter, but I can only say one thing for sure: I ate an enormous amount of these bars there.

And this is even despite the fact that I saw WHAT they were made of. And they were made from a completely harmless grain mixture with dried fruits. BUT! They didn’t even mix it with sugar syrup. The mixture of flakes was simply mixed with a certain white powder, which, when heated, melts and turns into a kind of caramel. To the question “what kind of powder is this?” Even the pastry chef didn’t answer me. Rather, no. He replied. “That, some kind of f...n!”, he told me.

Believe me, making them yourself is not the slightest bit difficult. Today I was convinced of this personally.

Now I will try different combinations and cooking technologies. Let's start with the simplest ones.

So, I was the first to test bars with this basic composition ⇓

We will need:

  • butter - 250 gr.
  • brown sugar - 100 gr.
  • honey - 4 tbsp.
  • oat flakes - 350 gr.
  • nuts - 50 gr.
  • zest of 2 oranges

These bars are incredibly easy to prepare:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Line a small square or rectangular pan measuring approximately 20x20 cm with moistened parchment paper and grease with odorless vegetable oil.
  2. In a frying pan over low heat, melt the butter, brown sugar and honey, stirring with a wooden spoon.
  3. Once the ingredients are combined, remove the pan from the heat and add the oats, finely chopped nuts and orange zest. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Transfer the bar mixture into the prepared pan, spread it into the pan and level it with a wet hand.
  5. Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes, remove and leave to cool completely.
  6. Remove the cooled oatmeal cake from the mold along with the paper and cut into bars of the same size.

We use the bars for breakfast or for a snack at any time of the day or night. It goes very well before training if you haven’t had time to have lunch. One such bar will give you energy and strength for the entire workout.
