    5. Considering that oil is added to the dough, you can fry it in a dry frying pan. And if you run a little over the pan with an oil brush, it’s even better.

    Unusual pancakes with kefir

    • Kefir - 0.5 liters.
    • Egg - 4 pieces.
    • Salt and soda - half a teaspoon each.
    • Butter (pre-melt) - two tablespoons.
    • Wheat flour - 3 cups.
    • Sugar - 3 teaspoons.

    Recipe:

    1. First, in an enamel saucepan, beat the eggs with sugar and add salt.
    2. Pour kefir into this mixture and set everything to warm over low heat.
    3. To prevent the eggs from curdling, stir the mixture constantly.
    4. After heating (the dough should not be too hot!) add flour and soda, mix.

    If you notice flakes in the mixture while stirring, don’t worry, it’s from the cooked kefir.

  • Set the bowl aside for 15–20 minutes, waiting for air bubbles to appear on the surface of the dough. Have you appeared? You can fry it.
  • Baking fluffy pancakes is not difficult; it is important that the dough is thick and does not drip from a spoon, but slowly rolls into the frying pan.

    Kefir pancakes with apple sauce

    • 4-5 sweet apples.
    • Half a liter of kefir.
    • Flour - 2 cups.
    • 3 tbsp. l. Sahara.
    • 2 eggs.
    • Baking soda or baking powder 20 grams.
    • Vegetable oil for frying.
    • Salt – 5 grams (1 teaspoon).

    Recipe:

    1. Heat the kefir a little, dissolve sugar and salt in it, break the egg there.
    2. Mix baking powder with sifted flour.
    3. Slowly pour the flour mixture into the kefir mixture. The result should be a dough with a consistency like thick sour cream.
    4. Let the dough sit for about 15–30 minutes.

    While the dough is infusing, peel the apples and cut into thin slices.

  • Heat the frying pan, pour a little vegetable oil.
  • Let's start frying: put the dough in the frying pan, as always for any pancakes, dip a slice of apple in sugar and cover each piece of dough. Then we turn the pancake over to the other side and wait for the apple to bake.

    Fresh green onion pancakes

    • A glass of kefir.
    • Flour - 200 grams.
    • Green onions - 100 grams.
    • Egg - 1 piece plus 1 yolk for a beautiful color (you don’t have to add the yolk).
    • Soda and salt - half a teaspoon each.
    • Oil for greasing the pan.

    Recipe:

    1. Add soda to kefir, mix and set aside.
    2. Finely chop the green onions.
    3. Stir flour, salt, egg.
    4. Combine onion, kefir and flour mixture.
    5. Bake on both sides in a hot, but not hot frying pan.

    It would be absolutely useful to add dill or parsley to the dough.

    The pancakes turn out similar to grandma’s onion pies, which are usually made in early spring, before the ingredients for the other filling ripen in the garden.

    Kefir pancakes with potatoes and zucchini

    • Medium size potatoes - 3 tubers.
    • One small zucchini.
    • Kefir - half a regular glass.
    • One processed cheese.
    • Wheat flour - 8 tablespoons.
    • One egg.
    • You can add salt and pepper.

    Cooking sequence:

    1. Grate potatoes, zucchini and cheese on a coarse grater.
    2. Add salt, egg, kefir and flour (more flour may be needed, don’t let the dough be liquid).
